Engagement & Wellbeing Officer - 10 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £28,000.00 per annum plus Benefits
We have an opportunity for anEngagement & Wellbeing Officer to join our team of staff.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.
This is a fixed term role for a period of ten months to cover maternity leave.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- You have the ability to write competently and appeal to different audiences.
- You have proficient MS Excel skills to manipulate data using formulae, sorting logic, and formatting.
- You have experience of working in HR or a keen interest in developing your HR knowledge.
Duties of this role include:
- Support and maintain an annual wellbeing programme for staff.
- Assist and advise stakeholders on how to incorporate wellbeing into their working culture.
- Manage schemes relating to charitable donations, giving back to communities, and the environment.
- Organise fundraising activities in support of our national charity.
- Compose staff communications, briefing documents and reports to key stakeholders.
- Work with internal communications colleagues to identify and build new ways for staff to engage and provide feedback.
- Support staff engagement initiatives to improve employee experience and satisfaction.
- Create, plan and deliver initiatives relating to the organisation’s diversity, equity and inclusion vision.
