Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: Soho, London / Hybrid.

This role will initially be part-time, with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance and fit.

We specialise in strategy, social media, PR, events, website, design, content and digital marketing for a range of B2B and B2C clients - from creative VFX studios, to film studios, to property clients and food and drink brands. We are looking for a proactive, super creative, tasted communicator Marketing Assistant to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
* Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling content for clients’ social channels, monitor engagement, and analyse performance. Working across all social channels.
* Campaign Support: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, including PR, digital, and paid media.
* Content Creation: Draft copy for blogs, emailers, and social posts, and assist with basic graphic design tasks when needed. Photography and video-capturing / editing for content reels.
* Research & Reporting: Conduct market research, track campaign performance, and compile reports to inform future strategies.
* Administrative Support: Organise files, manage calendars, and provide general administrative support to the team.
* Events: Plan and support on client events.
* PR: Support PR Manager with comms creation for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* A passion for marketing, creativity, and storytelling.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with all social media platforms
* Use of tools like Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut (basic knowledge is fine).
* A proactive, unique approach and attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, email marketing, and analytics, is a plus.
