About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and professional Front of House / Parent Relations Specialist to be the welcoming face of our prestigious nursery. This critical role ensures a seamless experience for parents, visitors, and staff by fostering a warm, inviting, and efficient atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
- First Impressions – Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome that reflects our luxury nursery brand.
- Reception Management – Oversee the reception area, maintaining a pristine and organised environment aligned with the nursery’s premium standards.
- Communication – Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, delivering prompt, clear, and personalised responses to parents and prospective families.
- Parent Engagement – Build and nurture strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing updates, addressing questions, and offering ongoing support throughout their child’s journey.
- Enrolment and Admissions Support – Guide families through the enrolment process, offering detailed insights into our nursery’s programmes, curriculum, and facilities.
- Administrative Excellence – Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for nursery leadership.
- Records Management – Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and safeguarding policies to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Operational Support – Work closely with teaching staff and management to streamline daily operations and ensure parent needs are met proactively.
- Event Coordination – Assist in organising and promoting school events, open days, and parent evenings to enhance community engagement.
- Liaison Role – Act as the bridge between parents and teaching staff, ensuring swift resolution of inquiries or concerns.

- Client-Facing Experience – Background in hospitality, high-end retail, or luxury service environments is highly desirable.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general competence with digital tools for scheduling and communication.
