Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team FOR TWO/THREE DAYS BEFORE AND ON VALENTINE’S DAY. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for floral design and a keen eye for detail. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the shop is well-organised and inviting. This role requires effective communication skills, as you will be interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Duties
- Design and create floral arrangements for Valentine’s Day.
- Sell flowers and related products to customers while providing exceptional service.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate arrangements based on their preferences and occasions.
- Manage orders and deliveries efficiently to ensure timely service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Florist.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues; proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.
- A passion for gardening and knowledge of different flower types is beneficial.
- Creative flair with an eye for colour combinations and design aesthetics.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
