As a Florist labourer, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful floral displays for various occasions, ensuring customer satisfaction through your artistic vision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral display
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available and in good condition.
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing information about flower care and arrangement options.
- Sell floral products and related items, utilising persuasive skills to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on current floral trends and techniques to continually improve your craft.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the shop.
