Claims Handling Team Leader– Salary circa £32.000

A bit about the job:
The successful candidate would be leading one of our 5 teams across commercial property claims and you will be accountable for:
- Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a team of frontline claims handlers.
- Resource Management: Planning and managing resources to meet service level agreements.
- Performance Improvement: Using data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Celebrating Success: Sharing best practices and celebrating achievements with other leaders.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Relationship Building: Ability to build great relationships with brokers to improve sentiment and skilled in handling commercial property escalations or have experience in technical escalations and problem solving
- Data Analysis: Proficient in understanding data and using it to identify areas of improvement within the team.
- Process Improvement: Passionate about identifying and removing unnecessary steps and able to challenge processes and suggest smarter ways of working.
- Workload Management: Capable of managing team workload and organising resources and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Communication and Motivation: Excellent communicator and motivator and drive initiatives to improve team engagement.

- Starting salary circa £32.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
