A bit about the job:
As a leader of our Customer Service team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our service goals and achieving financial plans while ensuring effective risk management. Your focus will be on driving excellence by managing team demands and fostering an environment where both the team and our customers thrive. This role requires a deep understanding of what our customers and partners need, paired with the ability to identify opportunities for system improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality. You’ll also take the lead in developing the skills and capabilities of your team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet challenges and exceed expectations.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership skills, including self-leadership, leading others, and leading organizations.
- Ability to take responsibility, own tasks, and hold others accountable.
- Open and honest communication skills.
- A positive, confident attitude with a ‘can do’ approach.
- Understanding of governance and risk guidelines to lead people effectively and manage risks.
