Job Title: Adult Social Worker – Bournemouth
Location: Bournemouth
Pay Rate: £ 35/per hour (Umbrella)
Liquid personnel is looking for a qualified Social Worker to join the Integrated Adult Community Mental Health Team. The role involves meeting the health and social care needs of adults with severe mental illnesses and undertaking statutory safeguarding responsibilities for individuals open to the CMHT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake statutory Safeguarding Enquiries for at least 12 months in previous posts.
- Conduct Care Act Assessments.
- Perform S117 assessments under the framework of the MHA 1983.
- Carry out home, hospital, and community visits (must have access to a car).
Requirements:
- 2 years Post-qualifying as Social Worker.
- Proven history of undertaking statutory responsibilities for adults/older people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
- Office-based attendance required for at least 80% of the working week.
