The Asset Data Team Leader will play a key role in driving world-class productivity, quality, and compliance, helping our operations teams maximise performance across Technical Services.
Reporting to the UKI Asset Data Manager within the central Operations Performance Technical Team, this is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing the day-to-day allocation of workload within the Asset Data Management team.
Job Description
This role will oversee the implementation of asset data management solutions across the UK&I business, ensuring consistency and high-quality outcomes in asset data collection, management, loading, and updates.
A key focus will be on ensuring alignment with CAFM systems, including API system integrations, while delivering client-focused outputs such as the creation and upkeep of asset registers and PPM planners.
This is an opportunity to shape and refine asset data processes within a high-performing team, ensuring compliance and efficiency at every stage.

Full ownership of asset BAU activities, including logging and tracking via Jira
Support asset data processes, including asset loading and contract updates
Ensure accurate setup of asset and contract data in CAFM systems for PPM
Process data entry efficiently and accurately
Support data imports/exports for asset management, maintenance schedules, inspections, and corrective tasks
Collaborate with the FMS team to maintain accurate locational master data and asset mapping
Ensure compliance with ISS coding, naming conventions, and standards
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
First-line management experience
Advanced Excel expertise, including Power BI, Power Query, VBA, macros, and data automation
Experience with CAFM systems (highly desirable)
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance
Proven ability in statistical data analysis, pivot tables, and dynamic dashboard creation
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage remote workflows
Self-driven with a collaborative mindset, leading a high-performing team
