Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Adult Social Worker to join Preparing For Adulthood Team based in Bromley.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Provide an assessment service to individuals, their carers and other agencies in accordance with Care Act (2014) criteria.
- Initiate and co-ordinate care and support plans for and with individual service users and support plans for carers, in conjunction with professional colleagues and representatives of voluntary and private agencies.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
