The Business Development Manager position is a key role operating in Rest Of World’s largest commercial regional market; with responsibility for driving considerable new business growth within the SME space amongst top tier brokers. The role will require significant face to face business engagement with top producing IPMI brokers facilitating strong and consistent sales growth.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
- Achieve all sales, retention, revenue and profit targets
- Report clear & accurate pipeline data and forecasting
- Build and consistently deliver a strong sales presentation deck
- Support the Head of UK Intermediary Distribution in securing and retaining business – through tender management, presentation and negotiation
- Build strong robust broker development plans and identify commercial opportunity for Bupa Global
- Understand and comply with all legal and licensing requirements
- Balance time appropriately between office and external meetings
