The Position
Working in conjunction with the Boys Talent Pathway management staff, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of all aspects of the newly defined Early Engagement (Under 10-12) Assessment, Winter Training and Summer Match-play Programmes.
The role will focus on people and programme management through collaboration with key staff and external stakeholders. Excellent organisational and IT skills and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure are key attributes. An enhanced coaching element to the role will evolve as the smooth running of the programme is assured. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record who will flourish in a high performing environment and have a positive impact on those around.
What you'll do?
In year one of this role, responsibility will focus on the establishment of this programme, in preparation for a November 2025 launch.
Key responsibilities will include management of the player recruitment/retention processes, definition of and managing delivery of key coaching content, and oversight of an equitable selection process for an enhanced programme of match-play.

The Person
The successful candidate will have the following experience / skills / qualities:
Essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience of communicating clearly and concisely through both written and verbal communication to deliver services and information to various stakeholders
- An ability and demonstrable experience of using your initiative and high levels of problem solving skills to achieve goals and key objectives within certain timeframes
- A good level of understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- ECB Level 2 Coaching Certification
- Valid DBS check and child protection certification
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable
- Previous experience in sports administration
- ECB Level 3 Coaching Certification
The post holder will be expected to work evenings and weekends as well as have flexibility to dovetail working arrangements in with fixture and training schedules that will change across each season.
£20,000.00 per annum (FTE £40,000 per annum)
