Your Role:
As a Children with Disabilities Social Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring that children and young people with additional needs receive the support and services they require. You will work closely with families, professionals, and multi-agency partners to create meaningful, positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of children with disabilities and develop tailored care and support plans.
- Work collaboratively with families to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings, Child Protection Conferences, and Court Hearings where necessary.
- Provide expert recommendations and advocate for children and young people.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines.

Requirements: As this is a statutory role, you must have a Social Work qualification and full registration with Social Care Wales.
