The Asset Data Coordinator will be seconded to a large Government contract mobilisation, ensuring the validation of asset master data and processing it according to set procedures.
Accuracy and compliance with agreed standards are critical to delivering a successful mobilisation.
Job Description
This role will support the account team in maintaining the quality of asset and contract data, conducting validation, and generating locational master data for property locations in CAFM systems, mapping them to assets.
A keen eye for detail is essential to identify discrepancies in spreadsheets and ensure data accuracy before AI processing is applied.
The ideal candidate must have advanced Excel expertise, and experience with CAFM systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with Asset Data Management tasks as directed by the Asset Data Manager.
Ensure accurate processing and setup of asset and contract data in the CAFM system for Assets & PPM.
Process data efficiently, following entry procedures and timelines.
Manage data imports and exports for assets, maintenance plans, schedules, and work tasks.
Work with the FMS team to create accurate locational master data and map assets correctly.
Maintain Asset and Maintenance Master Blueprint Templates with strict version control.
Load data changes into the Asset Management system and maintain API integration with CAFM systems.
Prepare and quality-check Asset Collection and Verification Templates and PPM Planners.
Support UAT testing for system upgrades and development requests.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong Excel skills are essential, as you'll be handling large data sets and multiple spreadsheets, often surveying hundreds of sites.
Experience with databases is a plus, but Excel proficiency is the main requirement.
Attention to detail is crucial—ability to spot errors, such as spelling mistakes, in the data.
Ability to handle churn, meaning the work will involve managing a high volume of data.
CAFM experience can be trained, so a willingness to learn that system is important.
Ensure data accuracy and quality across multiple platforms.
