Beaucoup London is a distinguished luxury flower design studio, dedicated to creating exquisite, bespoke floral arrangements that elevate everyday life. We are currently seeking a florist to join our small, friendly, and creative team.
Role Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting luxury floral arrangements while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a passion for floristry, a keen eye for design, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
PLEASE NOTE, FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED – However, previous floristry experience is essential, as the training will focus on our specific standards, designs, and techniques to ensure consistency in our work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Back-of-house order fulfillment – crafting beautiful bouquets and arrangements with precision and creativity.
- Order management – handling customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring excellent service and accuracy.
- Event assistance – supporting event setups and on-site work as needed (you may occasionally be required to deliver arrangements to customers using a provided black cab/uber)
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines to maintain consistency in quality and service.
- Work collaboratively within the team and independently to fulfil all floral orders to the highest standard
- Offer expert advice to clients, recommending flower combinations that align with their style, sentiments, and budget
- Ensure the studio is immaculately presented, with fresh, well-conditioned flowers
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to appropriate dress code and hygiene standards
- Complete simple administrative tasks as required.
- Help during photoshoots
Work Schedule:
- 5 days over a 7 day working week
- Occasional early mornings and late evenings
- Expected hours: 32-40 per week
Your Profile:
- Proven experience and a natural flair for floral design with a passion for luxury aesthetics.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a warm, professional demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Competency in basic IT skills.
