We're currently looking for an experienced MASH / Assessment Social Worker / Manager to join a close-knit MASH service in the South East of England.
As an assistant team manager, you will have previous management or supervisory experience within a Front Door/MASH Service, and/or substantial years’ experience working within a Duty & Assessment Team as a qualified Social Worker having taken on tasks that evidence ‘stepping up’ into a management role.
In this role you will co-work complex cases with team members, without taking on caseload of your own, as well as woking closely with the TM for the day to day manaagement of the team.
You will work alongside one Team Manager, Assistant Team Managers, three Senior Pracs ,four Social Workers and four team administrators.
