Freelance Junior and Senior Florists for Valentines Day, International Women's Day and Mothers Day 2024

We are currently recruiting for freelance florists (all levels) to join our team for the Valentine’s day and Mother's Day periods as we are experiencing high volumes of online orders and deliveries throughout this busy period. The hourly salary will be dependant upon your experience. You must have an inspiring work ethic, an eye for detail and be focused on exceptional customer service.
The freelance shifts will cover these dates and we would expect your full availability from: 10th February to 15th February 2024 and 6th March to 11th March 2024.
Requirements:
- Experience in hand tied bouquets and table arrangements. Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience creating hand tied bouquets. This is preferred but not required.
- Passionate about flowers and plants with a thorough understanding of flower and plant varieties, seasonal flowers, flower care and preparation.
- Punctual, reliable and calm under pressure.
- Creative, engaging, polite and good team player.
- An ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Have an ability to follow instructions and be a quick learner as you will be making bouquets following our precise bouquet guide.
- Excellent communication between management and the staff.
