Job Summary
We are seeking a Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for design and an eye for detail, enabling them to create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. As a Florist, you will be responsible for selecting and arranging flowers, plants, and other materials to meet customer needs and website orders while providing excellent service.

Duties

Create stunning floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions.
Select fresh flowers and plants from our stock.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, including the display areas.
Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Manage sundry levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain the current friendly and collaborate workplace

Requirements

3 - 5 years Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is essential.
full driving licence is essential for deliveries using small company van
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure during peak times while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
