Communication I have amazing customer service skills, whilst working I have received amazing feedback from my employers. I have also studied cabin crew, whilst at college and I gained a lot of knowledge about safety and service while working in the aircraft. I attended a British Airways safety emergencies and procedures day, whilst they carried out a few of their safety procedures. I received feedback that I was both professional, knowledgeable and was advised to apply as soon as college was over. Leadership I would say I am able to make decisions based on the safest and best outcome for customers always keeping service and the customer in my mind as the top priority.

I am a very genuine and confident person with outstanding communication and system skills. I feel very comfortable engaging with people from all different cultures and backgrounds. I thrive when meeting new people and very much appreciate working in a team, however I can also work on my own initiative. I am a highly motivated and customer orientated person. It is my dream to work in the aviation industry in the future and I have worked hard to achieve this by completing my aviation operations and cabin crew qualifications. Additionally, I have valuable customer service skills where I enjoy putting customers first. I truly believe my colleagues would describe me as hardworking, positive and a valuable member of the team (references available upon request).
