📌 Important Details Before Applying: 📌
Evening & Weekend Availability: We require availability for at least 2 evenings a week and alternate weekends.
Core Hours: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm and 4:45 pm - 9:30 pm, with potential for additional hours.
Must have a means of transport as clients are cared for in their own homes & will require you to accompany them on outings or appointments. Clients can also live in remote areas; therefore, applicants ideally should have a drivers licence, access to own vehicle and class 1 business insurance.
Job Description
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
- Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping.
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Salford as a Care Professional. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, respectful and enjoy building professional friendships.
You do not need any experience or qualifications to work for us. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting, this could be personal experience, voluntary or previous paid experience.
