More about your role
As a Customer Account Manager (Rents), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a telephone-based service. You will contribute to the effective management and performance of the Income Recovery services to our customers by delivering a proactive, efficient customer focused service to both our customers and colleagues.
Please note: This is currently a home-based role with an expectation to visit one of our centralised offices on a regular basis - to be discussed at interview stage.

More about you
You will have experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a customer focused environment, whilst also being an integral part of a team. You should be able to engage with our customers and be able to solve problems efficiently and appropriately. Knowledge of social housing legal procedures and experience of income recovery would be advantageous.
Preferably, you will be aware and up to date with current benefit regulations to support our customers to maximise their income and minimise their debt.
