Client details:
30-year-old female client with complex medical and care needs stemming from her diagnoses of cerebral palsy, microcephaly, epilepsy, severe scoliosis, and a history of hip dislocation. Client is non-verbal, and requires extensive support for daily living and medical management.

What HFH offers?
- Hourly pay rates range between £14 - 17.93 p/hr*.
- Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
- Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
- Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 - 555 p/wk*.
- The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*.
- We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.

- 22:00 - 06:00 x 7 days x 1 carer - waking night
- 06:00 - 07:00 x 7 days x 2 carers
- 10:00-11:00 x 7 days x 2 carers
- 18:00-19:00 x 7 days x 2 carers
- 13:00-16:00 x 2 days x 1 carer (Tuesday and Thursday only)
