Rate: £32 per hour
The Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for a committed and hardworking qualified Social Worker with experience in Adult Social Work, specifically working with individuals with Learning Disabilities/Autism, to join their Learning Disability/Autism team, offering a pay rate of £32 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will work with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities or autism, including those with physical disabilities, profound and complex needs, and their carers. You will conduct safeguarding investigations, mental capacity assessments, and best interest decisions. You will carry out outcome-focused assessments and support planning to meet care and support needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals and partner agencies to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Must have 2 and half years minimum experience as a Social Worker.
