The London Borough of Newham Council is looking for a Social Worker to join their Assessment and Care team, offering a pay rate of £32.01 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments by evaluating the needs, strengths, and challenges of adults through interviews, observations, and standardized assessment tools to develop individualized care plans. You will also monitor and review progress, regularly updating care plans based on clients’ progress, feedback, and changing circumstances to ensure that the support provided remains effective and relevant.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
