Job Title: Social Work
Location: Medway Council
Rate: £38 per hour
The Medway Council is looking for an Adult Social Worker to join their Safeguarding team, offering a pay rate of £38 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be screening safeguarding concerns and gathering initial information. You will also be undertaking S42 enquiries to investigate the concerns further. You will conduct a thorough risk assessment and develop a safety plan to ensure the individual’s well-being. Additionally, you will undertake mental capacity assessments to determine the person’s ability to make informed decisions about their own care and safety.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
