We are seeking an Asset Programme Manager to join our UK Government, Healthcare & Education Technical Team, working on the newly awarded DWP account mobilisation.
In this role, you will oversee and manage the Asset Verification (AV) programme across the DWP estate, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that the programme is effectively planned, executed, and documented.
Your primary focus will be to ensure that asset surveys are conducted accurately and within the agreed scope, working closely with our AV Partners, Ops Performance Technical team, and Mobilisation workstreams.
Job Description
You will be responsible for planning surveys in collaboration with the customer team, coordinating access arrangements with stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive reports on survey outcomes and associated risks.
In this position, your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved will be crucial to ensuring the success of the AV programme.
Reporting directly to the GHE Technical Lead, this role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a significant government account mobilisation, with the chance to make a real impact on the management and verification of critical assets.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand the delivery scope of the DWP Asset Verification requirements
• Manage the AV supply partner(s) to plan, arrange and monitor the completion of surveys
• Ensure all surveys are correctly booked in, RAMS are in place, all requirements for the visit are notified to the visitor (PPE or security clearances)
• Liaise with G4S to facilitate the visits if required
• Manage the output data of the surveys for adherence to the scope
• Document any partial visits and risks
• Communicate risks to the mobilisation SLT
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels including the DWP senior customer representative for Asset Management, the DWP Asset Management team, ISS mobilisation team, AV supply partner(s) SLT and team
• Keep detailed notes and records of the AV processes at all stages and report back on a weekly basis of the highs, lows, issues and focus
