As an Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Located in the historic market town of Hinckley, our store is located on Castle Street with ample parking nearby.

We have a wonderful team of 20 dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet.

What we’re looking for?
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
- Welcoming customers into store
- Booking in eye tests
- Pre-screening patients
- Providing style advice
- Measuring frames
- Taking phone calls

These include:
