You'll be offered a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 for a 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible hybrid working model. Based in the West Midlands, the office also has complimentary on-site parking.
The position includes 35 days of annual leave, an additional day off for birthdays, and extra holiday entitlement for length of service, meaning you'll be able to get the rest you truly deserve in post.

Candidates must be fully qualified Advanced Mental Health Professionals (AMHP), as this is a mandatory requirement. The AMHP will lead and manage key areas, including care homes, counseling, and mental health services, working closely with managers to create a culture of high performance. They will ensure that all staff are properly trained, accredited, and equipped to excel in their roles.
