Audit and Insight Specialist – Salary circa £27,500 - 12 months FTC

In this role, you'll conduct structured governance activities, provide valuable analysis, and deliver insights related to third-party suppliers. Your focus will be on ensuring top-tier customer service delivery while mitigating potential risks. A bit about the job:
The Audit and Insight Specialist will conduct comprehensive audits of third-party suppliers to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Analyzing data to produce detailed audit reports and providing actionable insights for key stakeholders are key responsibilities of this role. Maintaining and updating audit documentation. This position involves offering expert guidance on best practices for risk mitigation and supplier performance improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensuring third-party suppliers consistently deliver exceptional customer service aligned with company standards.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of managing internal and external stakeholders (preferred but not essential)
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability of analysis.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

- Starting salary circa £27,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
