Job Title: Regional Impact Manager

Role Overview: As the Impact Manager, you will lead a regional Impact team, spearheading the development of our Community Hub and impact program, the What If Plan. Your role is pivotal in managing and driving the delivery of our impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with our broader organisational goals.
Responsibilities:
Operational:
- Uphold Health, Safety & Environmental policies and practices.
- Lead, manage, deliver, and enhance Community Hub impact services, fostering current interest and engagement.
- Identify and cultivate new delivery partnerships across sectors, focusing on social impact product development.
- Manage projects, ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the team.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Represent Community Hub and present impact work to various audiences.
- Foster a commercial and entrepreneurial culture within the team and organization.
- Collaborate with key delivery partners to support program implementation.
- Ensure the Hub team delivers impacts through the What If Plan's mentoring elements.
- Foster teamwork between the Hub and Kitchen teams to support impact program delivery.
Strategic:
- Work alongside the Head of Impact to understand and implement multifunctional impact models informed by best practices.
- Develop high-quality training materials in collaboration with the Head of Impact.
- Nurture and maintain regional relationships with partners in the social sector.
Colleagues:
- Recruit and manage junior team members.
- Foster cross-functional relationships within and across departments.
- Cultivate a supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Keep the team updated on relevant information.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Measure social return investment of social programs and membership.
- Support the delivery of the Progress Academy to increase social value related to employment and training.
- Produce informative overviews of projects relevant to Community Hub's impact work.
- Communicate effectively with the executive team regarding evaluation and impact measurement.
- Manage and implement the Impact model effectively.
- Utilize program evaluation data confidently when promoting programs.
- Collaborate internally with the Regional Impact Team to support execution of the impact model.
- Produce high-quality written material.
Skills and Experience:

- Minimum five years' experience in impact or community-based development.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative impact methods.

- Experience in partnership-based work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Willingness to travel within the UK (Driving License required).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Professional qualification in community or social science discipline
- Awareness of current issues affecting community based working and how these might impact on the profession
- Knowledge of social science/community development theories and evidence as applied community based setting
