Technical Development Manager – Salary circa £90,000 (national), circa £100,000 (London)

A bit about the job:
You will be:
- Working collaboratively within our Wealth Distribution to provide specialist technical support and training
- Providing technical support via digital and face to face presentations for our intermediated customers and crafting opportunities to improve success via our Intermediary Distributors
- Maintaining technical knowledge in support of legislative changes and requirements across the life and Pensions Industry
- the technical lead for the Wealth Business
- Delivering technical support whilst maintaining a strong risk culture by working within Aviva’s risk framework
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- strong technical knowledge and proficiency in FCA regulations
- ability to monitor market trends and opportunities
- experience with stakeholder management
- finance services/intermediary background

- Starting salary circa £90,000 (national) or circa £100,000 (London)
- Bonus opportunity - 12% (E grade) of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
