A bit about the job:
As a Direct Customer Expert, you will be the voice of Aviva, providing outstanding service to our customers via phone, live chat, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and meet each customer’s unique needs, taking ownership of their cases and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our products, develop your understanding of our customer base, and eventually earn an accreditation that will empower you to make personalized recommendations in line with our FCA regulations. Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.

Proven ability to handle difficult customer interactions with compassion and professionalism.

Starting salary up to £29,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity 8% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
