Motor Claims Team Leader – Salary up to £ 40000 – based on experience

A bit about the job:
As a Claims Team Leader within our Casualty Claims division, you will lead a team of claims handlers who settle insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. You’ll provide guidance, coaching and support to your people, developing them to be the best they can be daily through referrals and sign offs. You'll have the chance to identify opportunities for change and challenging the way we do things today to shape our system for the future.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Sound technical knowledge with experience of working in either a Motor Damage or Motor Bodily Injury claims environment
- Experience in coaching or leading a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Can nurture and develop our talent for the future
- Has the ability to read and understand data – using it to make decisions, drive change and improve the capability of your team

- Salary up to £ 40000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
