Tasting Room Assistant (Full time / Part time)

Responsibilities
As Digby’s Tasting Room Assistant, you will:
Hospitality
- Tasting Room Hospitality
- Host tasting flights and experiences for guests
- Take proactive role in hospitality during special events
- Help with pairing plates food preparation
- Help with Tasting Room operations, restocking, customer service, etc.
- Winery operations – possible for interested candidates to take part in occasional winery processing operations
- Trading Events - Where needed to help out with trading events to promote the Digby brand.
Key Skills
- Passion for customer experience and product quality
- An eye for detail – it’s the little things that make the difference
- Prior hospitality experience helpful but not required
- Team player mentality, with flexibility and willingness to take initiative and pitch in
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred
- Wine industry experience helpful but not required
This role is based in Digby’s luxurious headquarters and Tasting Room in Arundel, West Sussex, BN18 9AJ

Salary
This is an hourly role with a minimum of 28 hours per week required.
An hourly rate of £13.00 to £14.50 dependant on experience
