We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, to support our young service users who have some complex clinical care needs.
Our service user is currently residing within a hospital setting and we urgently require a care team in place to facilitate his discharge back to his family home in Swaffham, where he will live with his loving parents and siblings.
Your role? To support his development, meet his personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage his clinical interventions throughout the night. You’ll ensure his comfort and safety, and create a calm, soothing environment for sleep.
This is a great opportunity for you to apply your valuable experience as a Childcare Practitioner and transition into a Children's Complex Care Assistant role.
We provide comprehensive training, which enables you to enhance your experience of working with children by adopting a more clinical approach. Training may include, but is not limited to: • Tracheostomy Care • Ventilation Management
• Personal Care • Moving & Handling • Gastrostomy Care (PEG feeding)
Pay Rates:
- £16.00 - £18.50 per hour
- Approx. £144.00 - £166.50 (per 9-hour night shift)
Shifts Available:
- Part Time Nights
- 10pm – 7am
