Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week

Your Role:
As a Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first. You will manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner.

What We’re Looking For:
Leadership: Inspirational managers with strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, with strong commercial acumen.

About Wykebeck Court Care Home:
Rated 'Good' by the CQC, Wykebeck Court is a purpose built care home in Leeds where the team are passionate about providing person centred care. Championing dignity and independence, our residents are encouraged to contribute to the running of the home. With attractive and secure gardens the home offers nursing and residential care for those over the age of 60.
