Childcare Assistant for Nursery and Pre-school team
Fixed term contract to 31 August 2025
Grade 4 SCP 4 to 5. £24,404 to £24,789 pro-rata
£11,346 to £11,525 actual
20 hours per week term time only with the requirement to do 20 hours of inset training days.
Due to rising numbers we are seeking to appoint a Childcare Assistant to join our successful and hardworking nursery and Pre-school team, to include cover over the lunchtime period. Working on a Fixed term contract to end on 31 August 2025 for 20 hours per week. Duties would be Term time only with a start date as soon as possible.

Working hours
Monday to Friday, 11:30am to 3:30pm, total 20 hours.
Flexibility to cover some extra hours in the nursery on a casual basis for busy times or staff absences would be an advantage. This would be on an ad hoc basis and at mutually agreed times.
