Before applying for this role it is essential you have proven experience relevant experience within the UK in a pharmacy / pharmacy technician qualification.
The pharmacy service is open on Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 8pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 2.30pm.

The Cromwell Hospital is a major international private hospital in West London receive both UK and international patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare outpatient and inpatient service care.
The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites, 6 theatres, medical and surgical wards, CDU, level 2 and 3 full adult intensive care facilities, paediatrics (in/outpatients), investigative and diagnostic services, physiotherapy, a dedicated day surgery unit, and onsite pharmacy service.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
We are currently recruiting for a proactive, motivated registered pharmacy technician to help us to continue to provide an effective reliable distribution service to our pharmacy and other facilities within the hospital.
Reporting to the Senior Pharmacy Technician, the Procurement Pharmacy Technician (GPhC registered) will work independently in our stores, and will responsible for ensuring the services and facilities across the hospital are compliant with all aspects of Goods Distribution Practice (EU GDP 2015/C 95/01).
You will be approachable, reliable, proactive, and have proven experience working in a busy hospital, or retail pharmacy.
To assist with a responsive delivery of Pharmacy fluid stocks to the wards, theatres and other Inpatient departments and ensure efficient stock rotation.
Raise and transmit pharmacy purchase orders to suppliers according to departmental procedures, including electronic ordering via Ascribe / Powergate.
Accurately check deliveries from suppliers and distribute to the appropriate destinations.
Ensure stock is stored under correct conditions and stock rotation is carried out regularly as per CH SOPs.
Carry out delivery note, invoice, and credit reconciliation.
Using the Ascribe system; ensure correct price information is maintained.
Ensure weekly and monthly reports are completed with respect to medicines procured.
Clarify and follow up out of stock / stock unavailability information with wholesalers and manufacturers, ensuring that departments are regularly informed.
Technical rotational service, ensuring that departmental service levels are maintained.
Undertake Top-Up service of Pyxis and non-pyxis areas.
Process returns of stock and disposal according to CH SOPs.
Perform month end duties- Stock take, Stock rotation, crash trolley checks.
Please note: The role will require you to push trolleys, and manual handling as part of your day to day duties where necessary.
