What You’ll Do
As our Customer Success Support Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients succeed by delivering exceptional support and guidance.

- Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and Intercom.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide practical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Insights
- Create and share weekly/bi-weekly reports on usage, ratings, and trends.
- Use data to identify client needs and suggest improvements.
Proactive Support
- Monitor customer health data to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Provide tips and best practices to empower clients to maximize Thrive’s tools.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to act on client feedback.
- Contribute to team discussions and bring innovative ideas to improve how we work.
