You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a Care Support Worker and start your rewarding career in care. You just need to be a caring, positive person with a passion for assisting others and be open to learning new things.
As a Care Support Worker, you will provide a variety of services including but not limited to:
- Meal preparation
- Light housework
- Taking clients on various outings
- Companionship
- Personal Care

Pay and benefits
£100 Refer a friend bonus scheme
- 32p per non client mile
- 45p per client mile
- £10 - £10.50 per hour and increased pay on Bank Holidays
