You will;

- Prompt upkeep of the building, facilities and all Rank assets
- Reporting, fixing and escalating all equipment and building issues
- Can create, implement and deliver a preventative maintenance program for the club in discussion with the management
- Carry out all necessary daily, weekly and monthly inspections and checks; liaise with any local authorities and Rank health and safety managers as required
- Encourage a culture of preservation, protection and safety in the club at all times
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of current statutory, safety and health regulations
- Experience in facilities or building management in any industry.
- Any relevant technical qualifications
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, and deal with unprecedented situations
Additional Information
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance person to take on the upkeep within our Casino.
- We are looking for someone to work 16 hours per week over 2, possibly 3 days during the week which could increase at times due to any work needed,either in our Club and potentially our sister Clubs within the local area.
- Previous experience within this type of role is required.
- The successful candidate would report to the Duty manager when on shift regarding any work required to keep the Club maintained and needs to be proactive and diligent when on shift. This will range from changing light bulbs to recover the gaming tables.
- All tools will be provided to carry out the work required. The pay will be £11.44 per hour and pay is on a 4 weekly paid basis. Tips are included along with paid breaks and holidays.
