Job Title: Social Worker – CMHT
Location: Bradford
Rate: £35 per hour
The Bradford Metropolitan District Council is looking for a Social Worker to join their CMH Team, offering a pay rate of £35 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
In your role, you will undertake Local Authority functions within various community mental health teams across Bradford. You will be responsible for fulfilling duties under the Care Act. Working in an integrated mental health team, you will also be required to undertake care coordination functions.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you should hold a full UK driving licence and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work. You should also have post-qualified Experience.
