Senior Claims & Reinsurance Service Manager – Salary circa £50.000 National / circa £60.000 London - 12 months FTC

A bit about the job:
In this role, you’ll support the management of both conventional and non-conventional claims processes across Commercial Lines, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll leverage your expertise to oversee outwards reinsurance claims, co-insurance reporting, and recoveries, while ensuring compliance with governance and procedures. A key focus will be supporting the team, identifying opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations to help achieve business targets. This outward-facing role involves liaising with clients, brokers, insurers, and other partners. You’ll also act as a technical referral, providing guidance to colleagues, sharing best practices, and driving team development to enhance performance and growth.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
·Expert knowledge of outward Reinsurance
·Strong stakeholder management
·Self-motivated with the ability to work in Teams and collaborate with others
·Excellent attention to detail
·Good computer and IT skills, confident in gathering and interpreting data

·Starting salary circa £50.000 National / circa £60.000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
