Bupa Dental Care is the leading provider of dentistry in the UK, providing dental services in 400 practices across the UK and Ireland.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence & strategic growth within the Bupa Dental UK South-East region. Overseeing multiple operational areas, you will ensure delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key duties:
Lead the regional business operation across all aspects of performance, including commercial (P&L accountability), customer, people, and compliance
Lead, coach, and develop the Area Manager team in the UK South-East region (circa 100 dental practices)
Act as a key member of both the Dental Senior Leadership Team and Senior Operations Leadership team
Foster a high-performance culture within the region
Develop and execute plans that promote an inclusive & engaged workforce
Collaborate with leaders to ensure delivery of exceptional customer journeys
Build a learning culture within the region through capability development, continuous learning, and ensuring the business is future-fit
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:
Exceptional senior operations leader, ideally from health services / dental or pharma retail sector
Commercially astute with experience of managing P&L and driving revenue
A brilliant leader, who inspires and energises senior management
Experienced in leading large teams through periods of change and transformation
Strategic mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent senior stakeholder management skillset
