Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of floral design and have the ability to create stunning arrangements for various occasions. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Must be able to speak in English
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, funerals, and corporate functions.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs.
- Maintain the freshness and quality of all floral products by regularly checking inventory and replenishing stock as necessary.
- Organise the display of flowers and plants in an appealing manner to attract customers.
- Sell floral products and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Stay updated on current floral trends and techniques to ensure innovative designs.
- Manage the daily operations of the shop, including keeping the workspace clean and organised.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work creatively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly disposition with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: £11.44-£20.82 per hour
