More About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee move-ins and move-outs, conduct property inspections, and ensure homes meet high safety and comfort standards. You will address maintenance issues, provide tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with customers, developers, and third parties.
The role involves preparing detailed reports, handling deposit returns and disputes, and conducting regular site visits to maintain high standards. You will also engage with residents to understand their needs, mediate disputes, and foster a sense of community through events and activities. Occasionally, travel outside your region will be required, with expenses reimbursed.
Please note: This is a Fixed Term contract. The role requires travel in and around the Ashford area
More About You
You are an experienced property professional with excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Confident and adaptable, you work independently and prioritise effectively under pressure. A background in housing management or community engagement is highly desirable, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
