Leaders in Care are currently working with a brand new Semi-Independent Care Service based in Luton, for an experienced practitioner / manager to join as Registered Manager.
The yearly salary for this role is up to £60,000 - depending on experience
A brief overview of your main roles and responsibilities as Registered Manager:
The main duties are to ensure quality care and standards in the home. This includes working with social care regulators and local authorities, managing the daily operations, and being responsible for the care of residents 24/7. The role also involves overseeing information governance, promoting independence and dignity for residents, using resources effectively, and maintaining high occupancy. Compliance with regulations and ensuring staff follow policies to provide excellent care are also key responsibilities.
Some of the benefits include a generous annual leave of 28 days + bank holidays, you also get an extra day off on your birthday, as well as good health days (no sickness in a 6 month period – an addition day off). You will also be enrolled on a management development course, which means you can expect opportunities for career development in the first 12 months.
