Reservations Associate 1 London Bridge Full Time 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (office based) 0800-1600 and 1000-1800 Permanent We are looking for a Reservations Associate to join our Central Reservations team based at 1 London Bridge. Your duties as a Reservations Associate will include providing a comprehensive range of administrative services to patients, consultants and other third parties that will assist in promoting the successful management of all aspects needed to facilitate a seamless Reservations patient pathway, whilst ensuring compliance in all Revenue Cycle functions across all HCA Facilities. What you'll do: Formally pre-register patients across all facilities and guarantee 100% accuracy when requesting and transferring information to HCA databases. Ensure that financial details are transcribed into Meditech during pre-registration. Seek assistance from Senior Reservations Associate with any complex queries. Keep up to date with current policies and standard operating procedures. Assist in the management of all Reservations and Surgical Services mailboxes. Ensure all correspondence is received and scanned onto accounts under the correct Meditech Form inclusive of letters of guarantee, booking forms, clinic letters, medical reports, consultant fees and pre-authorisation. Respond to telephone, written and face to face queries. Ensure any external email correspondence is sent securely. Keep all parties fully informed of any deviation to the patient journey. Respond promptly to any patient/third party requests. What you'll bring: Minimum 1-year administrative experience in healthcare/hospitality setting. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office). Why HCA UK?
