Internal Communication and Content Consultant

Flexible On Location: Bupa Place, Manchester or Willow House, Staines

(Expectation to travel to Manchester office twice a month if not Manchester Based)
Hybrid Role – 3 days Working From Home

From £34,500 + Fantastic Benefits

Working in Business and Specialist Products you’ll play a key part in ensuring our internal colleagues are informed and engaged by creating outstanding communications that deliver against our ambition to achieve world class people engagement scores.

The role

This role is accountable for developing and leading the effective design and delivery of all internal engagement initiatives (including communications, content creating, videos, and feedback surveys) to ensure successful outcomes, increased engagement, and continuous improvement.

You’ll support the delivery of an engaging and best in class programme of events and initiatives for B2B clients and intermediaries. With a focus on nurturing relationships, improving customer loyalty and retention, and boosting future consideration helping to maximise the sales pipeline.

The job holder will also manage Business and Specialist Products internal recognition programme.

You’ll help us make health happen by

Work in close collaboration with the B2B Events and Engagement Manager to develop and implement a function-specific internal communications strategy.
Create and deliver content to engage internal colleagues, including creating and editing video content to an outstanding standard that delivers against our ambition to achieve world class people engagement.
Work with the People Business Partner, lead and facilitate events and focus group research to support the Directors, with a focus on understanding the barriers to engagement, opportunities for improvement and using this insight to drive continuous improvement
Engage key stakeholders within the business in order to gain support all engagement activity
Prove the success and impact of the engagement activity by demonstrating how the communication performed by seeking feedback and setting out clear engagement metrics prior to the event taking place, ensure any learnings are built into future communications

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

Experience of creating and editing video content via a range of software packages (e.g. Jitter and Canva)
Creative experience and flair and a strong understanding and empathy with Brand values.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner, capable of bringing others along with them.
PC literate and the ability to communicate messages effectively via a range of software packages (Microsoft PowerPoint,
Excel, word)
A high degree of energy, drive and enthusiasm.
Excellent project management, planning and organisational abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects
independently
