This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and talented professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering to our SEND learners, this role sits within our curriculum provision, inspiring and supporting learners to engage, achieve and progress. As an educational professional, you will work to the highest standards, be committed to your own professional development, and work collaboratively to secure continuous improvement and a successful experience for all learners.
Hampshire Achieves is a part of the Participation and Lifelong Learning service, within Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services Directorate, with the responsibility for delivering our Young People’s Learning provision and to further develop and grow our programmes for young people and young adults.
You will teach and support our learners; this will be via direct classroom delivery. A core requirement of the role is to build and maintain effective and professional relationships with learners, taking a strength-based approach to supporting them to achieve their learning aims. You will deliver Employability, PHSE, functional skills, careers and independent living skills qualifications.
